Rick Reynolds

Rick has been a Certified Life Coach, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master since 2003. In 2011 he joined Sedona Soul Adventures as a Practitioner and a Soul Guide. He helped launch the Sedona Soul Adventures Coaching Program and has coached more than 1400 of our graduates over the past decade.

He’s a graduate and former faculty member of HCH Institute where he was a part of their spiritually based Hypnotherapy training program.

Rick was previously a trainer and leader for a billion dollar Health and Wellness Company, and he’s also studied and mentored with John Gray of “Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus” fame.

Becoming an effective Transformational Soul Coach requires more than reading a book or watching videos. That’s why we’ve designed this LIVE online program to be experiential and immersive.

This Level One training program runs for 25 consecutive weeks.

We start January 25 and end on July 12, 2025. The classes will be LIVE each Saturday from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm EST, 8:00am - 10:00 am PST (click here to see the class time in your time zone)

Each week, we’ll meet on Zoom for a LIVE 2-hour training.

  • The first hour will be a lecture, presentation and demonstration to teach you a foundational skill for Soul Coaching.
  • During the second hour, you’ll practice the new skills with an accountability partner while receiving instructor guidance and feedback.
  • Although we want you there live with us for each call, if there are times you simply can't make it, all the calls will be recorded and available to you for replay.

You’ll have the opportunity to join an optional weekly study group. (We’ll help set up and promote the opportunity, and the study group will be self-supervised by participants.)

You’ll connect with other coaches-in-training, as well as Sedona Certified Coaches in the private, invitation-only Sedona Soul Adventures Transformational Soul Coach Community.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to become certified?

The course ends July 12th and you have until the end of the year to complete the requirements for certification.  Most of our past graduates completed their certification within a month of completing the course. 

What do I have to do to earn certification?

Your full participation in the 25-week program is required to be eligible for certification. Attend the weekly Zoom presentations and demonstrations. Participate in the practice sessions. Go deep during your weekly Soul Coaching session. Open yourself to receive the trusted feedback and suggestions from your coach to improve the coaching you offer.

Full details about how the certification process works will be explained during the program. There is no additional charge for Certification, however, you should be prepared to demonstrate your mastery of the skills and concepts taught during the training program by delivering a real-life coaching session.

Is this program appropriate for established coaches?

Yes! Transformational Soul Coaching is a unique coaching modality that can be learned by aspiring coaches who want to enter the industry, emerging coaches who are actively seeking ways to grow their businesses, and established coaches who are open to learning new modalities to blend into their practices.

As an established coach, you may find certain weeks of the curriculum easier to master than aspiring coaches will. But there will be plenty to learn.

Am I allowed to continue coaching my own clients?

Absolutely!

Transformational Soul Coaching is a service you’ll be able to offer in addition to whatever type of coaching you currently provide. Once you have completed the training program and earned certification, you’ll be able to promote yourself as a Sedona Soul Adventures Certified Transformational Soul Coach.

Will Sedona Soul Adventures be providing me with leads or marketing support?

The Transformational Soul Coach Training Program curriculum includes three weeks dedicated to business management, product offerings, marketing, enrollment and other business-building topics.

Once you earn certification, you’ll receive a Certificate of Certification and be able to promote your services as a Sedona Soul Adventures Certified Transformational Soul Coach.

You’ll also receive a free listing in the Sedona Soul Adventures Directory of Certified Coaches.

However, we cannot and do not make any promises or guarantees about any leads or business that may result from this listing. We also do not provide leads or referrals directly to Sedona Soul Adventures Certified Transformational Soul Coaches.

Will the training calls be recorded?

Yes, these calls will be recorded and you will receive the replays. However, we highly encourage you to join us live so you do not miss out on the experiential portion of the call.
